Step1: Change the Task Manager Option through the Run line

Step2: Goto -> Start -> Run type the following command exactly and press Enter

Step3: Or else Copy and paste this on Run command

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
Result: Task Manager will be enabled
